Sanctuaire des Côteaux ou 500 Marches de la Médaille Miraculeuse ou tout simplement 500 Marches. Le Sanctuare a été construit par un instituteur, Aurel Exama en l'an 2000. Le Sanctuaire était considéré comme un trait d’union entre Haïti et la rue du Bac, en France, où la Vierge est apparue, il y a 150 ans. Les visiteurs gravissent les 500 marches qui conduisent à la Vierge pour étancher leur soif spirituelle, particulièrement les femmes.
